What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two primary payment methods:

Londshop primarily uses PayPal for secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What currency will I pay in?
All our transactions are settled in US dollars. If your credit or debit card is in a different currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate to your selected currency based on the website you are visiting.

How can I change/amend my order?
If you discover an error in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact our Support Center.
Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipping.
Once your package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

What if I didn't receive the order confirmation email?
If you didn't receive the order confirmation email, it's possible that the email address you entered when placing the order was incorrect, or that the email may have been sent to your spam folder. You can view your order by logging into your account. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
