Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item within 30 calendar days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition you received it, without any damage. ("If an item is damaged in transit, we may charge a refund of 30% to 70% depending on the extent of the damage.")

Return Process
To return an item, please contact Customer Service for a return address. Once you receive the address, please securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free of charge. If the item you are returning is not due to Bomre's fault, the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
Once we have received your return and inspected the item's condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date we received your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier you choose.

If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer is not responsible for shipping costs.

If the customer cancels the order before the shipping date and the cancellation period specified on the website has expired, the order may be canceled.

We do not limit the number of days you can cancel an order. If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel it.

We process orders within 2-7 days of placing an order.

1. If the item arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the shipping costs.

2. If you choose to return the item (for example, if you voluntarily choose a more expensive shipping method), we will not refund you.

3. If you would like a refund, please contact us and we will provide information about the refund process. Once you have received the package and confirmed the item is in good condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

4. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

5. Please email us a photo/video of the package so we can process your refund. The refund will be issued within 3 business days after verification.

6. If the item arrives damaged, we assume full responsibility and will provide a free repair, replacement, or refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs for the defective item.

7. Our return shipping time does not exceed 30 days. If the return is due to product quality issues, we will cover all costs. If the return is caused by the customer's own reasons, the return costs are the customer's responsibility.
